The Supervisors and/or Managers that fill these roles will be put on a fast track to learn processes and then allocated offshore team members to supervise. You will be part of a processes team responsible for making sure the work is done right and turned around as quick as possible.

This role will be a great fit for you if you:

  • Have a solid background in accounting, tax and compliance
  • Are CA/CPA qualified
  • Have got some leadership experience under your belt [would be a bonus]
  • Know accounting and tax like the back of your hand
  • Care about the quality of your work
  • Are open to change and innovation
  • Are tech focused
  • Prefer to be a bit more behind the scenes
  • Don’t have an issue getting your hands dirty
  • Love tackling a complex financial or numbers problem

The role will be:

  • Complex at times, so you will need to know your stuff
  • Xero centric
  • A mix of on the tool’s work and other responsibilities [like workflow management, reviewing or mentoring]
  • Focused on clients who are small to medium businesses, in a range of industries
  • Part of a friendly and supportive team with plenty of opportunities for collaboration
  • Filled with compliance and advisory [the blend is what matters most]

You are someone who:

  • Is analytical, but able to see the bigger picture
  • Is thorough when it comes to detail [especially when reviewing work]
  • Loves mentoring and training other team members
  • Is approachable and trusting
  • Has a nurturing leadership style
  • Has a can-do attitude
