what we’re looking for 

  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards it. Not there yet? No worries, as long as you’re eager to get it done when you’re ready.
  • Strong grounding in accounting and tax, with experience working on complex clients. 
  • Comfortable supporting or reviewing junior team members where needed. 
  • Tech -savvy, preferably with Xero, 
  • A proactive, thoughtful approach – you care about doing things properly. 
  • Curious and open to developing your strengths over time.
