Whitney is an associate in Business Depot Legal's corporate and commercial team.
Whitney assists in a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, including share and asset acquisitions and sales, stakeholder agreements and corporate restructuring.
She predominantly specialises in rent roll transactions and works closely with real estate business owners and brokers in the property management sector.
Her experience in corporate restructuring, discretionary trusts and other business and wealth structures has enabled Whitney to also manage our entity establishment service, which she has grown into a reliable and comprehensive service offering to help all our start up and growing businesses.
Whitney has a keen eye for detail and ensures she always keeps focused on the bigger picture and achieving the desired outcome for her clients.
In her spare time, Whitney loves cultural eating, which stems from her multicultural background from being born in France and living in New Zealand.
