We’re thrilled to announce that on 1 October 2022, the Sydney office of businessDEPOT will be merging with All That Counts, the award-winning cloud accounting bookkeepers led by industry influencer Lielette Calleja.

When Aptus Accounting and Advisory became businessDEPOT Sydney in 2019, we couldn’t have foreseen the economy and life-changing events in the years ahead.

Now more than ever, to truly be the ‘one place for business’, businessDEPOT needs to help business owners level up at the grassroots. So, merging with All That Counts to bolster our bookkeeping and advisory presence was an obvious next step, not only for our Sydney office, but for the group nationally as we offer more and more services nationwide.

These days, bookkeepers do a lot more than just processing financial transactions and reconciling bank accounts. They are the accounting technicians that ensure the foundational data is accurate, right from the beginning, and are often the best at implementing new systems and add-ons for material efficiency gains.

“Lielette is well known in the Sydney business community and is someone we know, like and trust to deliver bookkeeping and business services in line with the ‘businessDEPOT’ way,” said Rebecca Mihalic, Director of businessDEPOT Sydney.

Lielette said the decision to go with businessDEPOT was the best one she and her team could have made.

“We’d been thinking about joining them for some time, and the fact that businessDEPOT has a powerful multi-service offering, led by specialist professionals made my decision quite simple.”

“I am excited to be joining businessDEPOT as a Director in Sydney and I’m confident that this merger will benefit our clients significantly,” Lielette added.

Managing Director John Knight said he knows Lielette will embrace how businessDEPOT likes to work with their clients.

“Lielette has a proven track record of helping business owners with all the usual ‘must do’ bookkeeping services like payroll, ATO lodgements and BAS, as well as the ‘should do’ stuff like management reporting.”

He goes on to say “On behalf of all the team at businessDEPOT, we are extremely excited to have Lielette join our team, boosting our expertise on so many levels!”
