As business owners, the number of things we need to accomplish in a single day is overwhelming. We need to map out those little goals that will eventually lead to the bigger goals and then from there devise a strategy as to how all that should be executed. And that is just one part of the many responsibilities we have. The plan is there, the strategy is there, the team is ready to hit that goal but the problem lies in full implementation and that’s just a critical part in business success.
This is most evident in the marketing space of the business – there are a lot of things you could be doing in this area to help your business progress but where do you start? What goals do you set for your type of business? Is this even feasible? What makes the challenge even more difficult to deal with is having no marketing background.
