We are excited to announce the launch of businessDEPOT Capital which is a new service offering designed to assist businesses at inflection points in their journey. Whether you need help with strategy and execution in a capital raising, preparing for an owner’s sale or exit, funding a growth opportunity, or entering into an M+A transaction, businessDEPOT Capital will make it happen.

This new initiative will be led by our newest Director, Nick Carrigan, who joins businessDEPOT from a successful career in investment banking in Australia and Asia. Thanks to Covid, Brisbane is the beneficiary of some amazing talent returning to the River City and Nick is no exception. He brings extensive experience working as a trusted advisor on transactions with some of the biggest companies and investors across the globe.

By combining Nick’s experience in transaction advice, capital raising capabilities, and a passion to help with the local knowledge of our Brisbane and Sydney offices, we can now support business owners to push through a common roadblock to success: capital.

Based out of our Brisbane office, Nick will provide a steady hand to businesses Australia-wide to help them ‘take off’ to reach the next level or push through whatever is holding them back from reaching their potential.

To have someone of Nick’s calibre as part of the businessDEPOT team is an absolute privilege and I am excited to see what opportunities this creates for the business owners we help.
