She has a passion for helping the people ‘behind a business’ and recently won 'SMSF Adviser of the year' in the 2021 Women in Finance Awards. Megan is the go-to trusted adviser for many business owners who just keep coming back, often over many years [during the course of their business life] and into their retirement.
Being a business owner herself, Megan understands first-hand the struggle people have separating their personal finances from their business finances, but it’s important that they don’t forget about themselves.
Megan looks at the whole picture then develops strategies that help take the financial stress away. By guiding her clients to build passive income streams she helps protect their wealth both now and into the future.
Megan combines her extensive experience in accounting and financial planning with her specialist skills in self-managed super funds [SMSF], estate planning and investment structuring to help business owners deal with the unique challenges they face.
Megan regularly provides advice in relation to investment structuring, SIS compliance as well as pension and retirement planning. She has also provided specialist support in relation to estate planning, family law disputes and SMSF compliance issues. Megan is Queensland State Chair for the SMSF Association and a valued member of the SMSF specialist network.
