Anna Chipperfield has been responsible for People, Culture and Operations internally for many years and has been promoted to Director [People, Culture and Operations] where she will not only continue to focus on providing support to our team but will also lead the delivery of more services to our clients.

Bradley Dean, who joined the team 2 years ago in a broad role working across a number of different divisions, is now a Director of our Business Broking division.

As a business owner for many years, and having bought and sold many of his own businesses, Brad understands firsthand the resourcefulness and skills required to grow a strong business and achieve a successful exit.
