We’re excited to announce the appointment of a new rent roll broker to the businessDEPOT Agency Broking team. 

Natalia de Clercq brings a wealth of hands-on experience in property management, as a BDM and supporting, guiding and matching up rent roll buyers and sellers. This addition to the team will strengthen and enhance our offering for real estate business owners to buy or sell their rent rolls.  

When we launched businessDEPOT Agency Broking in 2018, it was an obvious next step given our team’s skills and expertise in the real estate industry. Since then, Alan Dawson, Brad Dean and the team have grown the rent roll sales offering through their flexible and collaborative model. Natalia de Clercq now joins the team to deliver a strong offering to the market with a customer-first, values-driven, team approach.    

Natalia is someone that knows rent rolls and knows the industry. Her focus on the customer and delivering a great experience, whether you are a buyer or seller, means she will fit in well with the way we do things at businessDEPOT.
