Not once in all my years as an adviser have I had a client ask to pay more tax than is absolutely necessary. Yet for some reason when I suggest talking about tax and estate planning in relation to the super, the common response is “it’s not my problem – I’ll be dead” or “my kids will still get more than I ever had”.

And it’s true for most – but what people don’t understand is just how much more their children could be getting and wouldn’t you prefer it in the hands of your loved ones instead of the tax office.

So if you’d like to understand more about how you can minimise tax and better provide for your loved ones upon death, please come along to our seminar where we will discuss:

  • The tax consequences of death and super
  • How the super changes have impacted estate planning
  • Strategies to minimise these taxes for the next generation
  • Key estate planning structuring for super and common mistakes made
