Opening Cunninghams Property in 1991 with his wife, Ann, John integrated this philosophy into the burgeoning business.

Since then, John’s innovative and personal approach coupled with his expertise and intimate knowledge of the market, have set Cunninghams as a benchmark business in the industry. His team has become one of the most highly awarded by the Real Estate Institute of NSW and the business is recognised throughout Australasia for its ‘Best Practice’ systems and operations.
