As founder and CEO of one of the Asia Pacific’s fastest growing outsourcing companies Aimee is an industry speaker in high demand. She is a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute, a Certified Practising Marketer and a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organisation (EO) Brisbane Chapter. She also served as an EO Board Member in 2014. Aimee took out the 2015 Young Entrepreneur of the Year Trailblazer Award. Aimee is a Facilitator at UQ's Business School teaching one day intensives on outsourcing and offshoring.

Aimee was previously Founder and Managing Director of TLS Marketing Solutions, a marketing agency, and sold this business in 2015. Currently Aimee is CEO of Beepo employing over 250 people across Australia & Philippines with clients in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Europe.

Jason started his career in real estate as a country agent back in 1987. Specialising in Auctioneering, Jason travelled the East Coast of Australia. Jason's determination to be the best that he could was proven with Jason twice being awarded Queensland Young Auctioneer of the Year and twice runner-up in the Australasian titles. After 10 years in the bush, Jason decided to wash off the dust and the mud and move to Brisbane.

Jason has conducted in excess of 3000 house auctions and has been a finalist (Top 3) in the REIQ Auctioneer of the year in 2000,2001,2003,2004 & 2006. In May 2005 Jason competed against fellow Harcourts auctioneers from throughout Australia and was awarded the Harcourts Australia Auctioneer of the Year.

With an exceptional knowledge and depth of experience in the property industry, Jason has been instrumental in the development of the Rental Express property management portfolio. With the Rental Express Group being acquired by Little Real Estate in December 2015, Jason was the National Manager - Sales Performance Development and is responsible for Property Management New Business & Sales as well as lead generation using Digital, Analogue & Telemarketing methods for the business units that he manages.

With Jason's industry knowledge, he is frequently called upon to be interviewed & speak at industry conferences including Real Estate Institute of Queensland, Real Estate Institute of Victoria, Leading Property Managers of Australia, PPM National Property Management Conference & The Business of Real Estate to name a few. Jason has appeared on Agent Caffeine with Kelly Mitchell, an international real estate podcast & Real Estate Pros, an Australian based real estate podcast with Josh Cobb.
