Get ready to empower all areas of your business at DEPOT[x] Toowoomba 6 October!

Family businesses and SME's don't typically enjoy many of the luxuries of the bigger end of town. Luxuries like accessing a specialist in their field to rely for advice, insights and knowledge. One of our goals is to find a way to help smaller businesses get access to this specialist advice. One way we are doing this is with DEPOT[x].

DEPOT[x] is a series of events where you can be empowered by the business specialists in a friendly environment. We arrange for 3 speakers for each DEPOT[x] event to talk for 12-15 minutes on their area of expertise, an interesting story or case study. You can then take any insightful value bombs back to apply to your business. But as an extra added bonus, you will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded business professionals who share your spark for small business.

Come along to the second DEPOT[x] in Toowoomba for 2016, learn from the specialists, build your business relationships, and start growing all areas of your business!

Let’s take a look at your speakers for DEPOT[x] 6 October!

Greg Gunther

Greg Gunther

Your Business Momentum

"From Fragile to Agile – Transform Your Business"

Greg is a director of Your Business Momentum, an innovative coaching company that helps business owners break free from the day to day grind of running their business. YBM helps create a business that runs without you. Greg believes building a sustainable business of real value requires a long term, hands on approach. He finds that in many businesses, owners don't actually have a business.......they ARE the business.

A business that can run without the owner is worth 3-5 times more in value. Since selling his financial services practice 10 years ago, Greg has devoted himself to helping business owners free themselves from the day-to-day running of the business and create a life of their choice.

Prescriptive approaches don't always work. Businesses will only thrive if they adapt quickly to their customers' changing needs and be the best problem solver in the market. Greg will take us through how business owners can refine their business model to ensure it is agile enough to prosper and grow in these volatile and ever changing times.
