Gaia has over 20 years’ experience working with Fortune 500 companies, and she has specialised in creative thinking and innovation for the last 15 years. Gaia is a guest lecturer at the Sydney University business school and is completing research for a PhD on how to create a culture that supports innovation.
This session provides a fascinating investigative approach to creative thinking and innovation – helping to reveal potential creativity killers and identify some initial strategies for success. A fun creative thinking assessment helps to reveal the blocks and provide a framework for innovative development.
"My journey, stuff ups and learnings"
In 2012 Gen launched OneShift on the back of a free blog and nothing but posters, duck tap and an iPad.
