Context and the 5 Whys

[ Blackboard Fridays - Episode 3 ]
by Jacob Aldridge Published

In the third episode of this new video series called “Blackboard Fridays” I will be talking about how important it is not only to set priorities to achieve growth in business but also to understand how you want to go about achieving growth.

The longer we are in business, the larger the team gets, the pool of clients grow and we bring in more money. All these are good but it gets a little overwhelming in the long run that sometimes, we sit down and talk about what the priority is but forget to discuss how we’re going to arrive at that result. The trick is to get to the heart of ‘why’ you want your business to grow.
