How to Create More Online Review for your Business

I've got a question for you, Blackboarders: On a Scale of 1 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the incredibly awesome Blackboard Fridays to a friend or colleague?

Now, you're free to answer (hint: the correct answer is 10) but I'm not actually asking the question - instead this week I'm talking about *that* question, which may sound familiar. It's the key question in what's known as the 'Net Promoter Score' (NPS), an excellent way to distill feedback from your clients into meaningful data.

If winning more work from your existing clients, or more referrals from your existing clients (two of the 5 Attractants) is a focus, then NPS is probably part of the answer.
